Countdown to 2024 Paris Olympic Games

With just 39 days remaining until the kickoff of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris today, Nigerian table tennis players Aruna Quadri, Omotayo Olajide, Offiong Edem, and Bello Fatima are intensely focused on their preparations. This quartet is determined to represent Nigeria proudly and make significant strides in their respective events.

Aruna Quadri is a seasoned player known for his powerful forehand strokes and strategic gameplay. As Nigeria’s top-ranked player and a key figure in African table tennis, Quadri has consistently performed well on the international circuit. His participation in Paris 2024 is highly anticipated, and he is seen as a strong contender for a medal.

Omotayo Olajide, another prominent Nigerian player, has shown impressive skills and determination. Olajide’s agility and quick reflexes make him a formidable opponent. He has been working hard to improve his game and aims to achieve new heights at the Olympics.
